About the Position We are now seeking one or more student support resources in varying capacities. You will be an important part of the school team and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students. Responsibilities: Provide individual support to students with special needs Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to promote student development Help create an inclusive environment where all students feel seen and heard Contribute to students' social and emotional development by being a positive and present adult About You You have training as a student assistant, recreational pedagogue, childcare worker, or other relevant education You have experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting You are flexible, responsive, and have great patience You can work independently as well as part of a team You have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people in their development You have experience working with students in need of special support We Offer: A dynamic and pleasant work environment with engaged colleagues Continuing education and professional development EMPLOYMENT TERMS Fixed-term employment at 50%-70%, starting August 2026, with possibility for more. The employment begins with a 6-month probation period starting by mutual agreement. Selection takes place on an ongoing basis; please submit your application as soon as possible. Before being offered employment at Antonskolan, you must provide a criminal record clearance certificate from the police according to the Education Act chapter 2, section 31.
