Student Assistant Substitute

At Annaskolan, a Waldorf school, we are now seeking an engaged and confident student assistant for a substitute position with us. In this role, you will provide support to a student throughout the school day and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, other school staff, and guardians based on the student's needs. Work Tasks Support the student in instruction and in various daily situations. Help create structure, motivation, and a conducive work environment. Be a support in social settings, during breaks, and during transitions. Adapt your support based on the student's individual needs and circumstances. Collaborate with teachers, student support services, and other staff. We are Looking for You If You Are attentive, responsible, and patient, and have a natural ability to build safe relationships. You need to be able to work independently but also be a good team player. Experience working with children and young people, preferably in school or special education settings, is a merit.
