Råbyskolan in Bro is located close to nature. It is an adapted school with both primary and secondary programs. The secondary school program is the individual program for the adapted secondary school. We have approximately 82 students at the school and approximately 42 employees. We focus on early interventions, appropriate support, safety work, and we welcome dialogue with you as a guardian. Do you want to make a difference every day? As a student assistant with us, you work closely with students in the adapted primary school (formerly special school) and provide important support in their daily lives. You help create a safe and stimulating learning environment where students have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Your work tasks may include: - Supporting students in their learning and social development, both in the classroom and during breaks. - Adapting activities based on each student's needs and circumstances. - Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and guardians to promote student development. - Contributing to a positive climate where students feel seen, safe, and included. We are looking for you: - Have secondary education as a childcare worker or nursing assistant. - Have strong commitment to children and young people with disabilities. - Are patient, flexible, and have a good ability to adapt to different situations. - Are a good team player and enjoy close collaboration with colleagues. - Ideally, you have experience with similar work or education in children and leisure, healthcare and social services, or pedagogy. It is a merit if you have previous experience working with children and young people with intellectual disabilities in an adapted primary school or similar.
