Description Kålltorpsskolan 1-9 resource school is one of three resource schools in the city. We accept students with various disabilities, including neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD). The school is located in Björkekärr. We serve students in primary school from grades 1-9 and have 47 students distributed across seven mixed-age classes. We also offer after-school care activities for all ages. Job Responsibilities We are looking for a student assistant for 6 months. In this role, you support individual students or small groups of students from a care and support perspective. You work in the classroom during the school day and in the afternoons you work at after-school care. The position involves primarily supporting students at the intermediate level in various groups. At our school, you rarely work alone—there are always colleagues to collaborate with. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably with additional training in this field. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a student assistant in a school. We would also like to see that you have experience working with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD). The position requires that you are quick, attentive, and prepared to handle conflicts that may arise in the work environment.
