The Education Department oversees preschool, pedagogical care, after-school programs, preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, secondary school, adapted secondary school, municipal adult education, komvux (special education for adults), Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth centers, open preschool, and cultural schools.
Preschool and after-school activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, geographically distributed throughout the municipality.
Altorpskolan, the municipality's only 7-9 school, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. Kunskapskällan, the municipality's secondary school, is also located in Herrljunga town.

Hudene School is located in the countryside in Herrljunga municipality surrounded by nature. The school has approximately 70 students from preschool class through grade 6 and is part of the Eggvena/Hudene preschools and schools unit that collaborates with the same principal and special education teacher.

JOB DUTIES
We are looking for someone interested in working at the school and making students' school days as rewarding and educational as possible. You will work as support for individual students and as support within student groups. Sometimes support occurs in the classroom and sometimes you work with students in a smaller room.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a student assistant, you create a safe social climate and work purposefully with individuals and groups to create good conditions for learning and development. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience working with autism. We are looking for someone with good initiative and the ability to work independently. As a person, you are positive and collaborate easily. You are creative and see possibilities in the situations you encounter. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We would prefer that you have student assistant training.
Employment Type: Fixed-term position.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2027-01-11 or by agreement.
In Herrljunga municipality, full-time is the standard with the possibility of part-time work. If full-time positions are unavailable, positions may be combined with other tasks or at another workplace.
