The Education Department is responsible for preschool, pedagogical care, after-school programs, preschool classes, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, komvux as special education for adults, Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth center, open preschool, and school of arts. Preschool and after-school program activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, with geographic distribution throughout the municipality. Altorpskolan, the municipality's only 7-9 school, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. Kunskapskällan, the municipality's upper secondary school, is also located in Herrljunga town. Eriksberg School is the small school with great possibilities, with approximately 55 students and beautifully situated in the countryside between fields and forest. Eriksberg School is part of the Eriksberg and Ods Preschools and Schools unit and is in the same building as the preschool and after-school program. We work in both A and B forms and all students are everyone's students. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you who are interested in working at school and making students' school days as rewarding and educational as possible. You will work as support for individual students. Sometimes the support takes place in the classroom and sometimes in a flex group or one-on-one. You will also follow students to after-school care after school. QUALIFICATIONS As a teaching assistant, you create a safe social climate and work with individuals to create good conditions for learning and development. It is an advantage if you have training as a teaching assistant and knowledge and experience of working with autism and ADHD. We are looking for someone with good initiative and the ability to work independently. As a person, you are positive and work well with others. You are creative and see possibilities in the situations you encounter. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Type of employment: Fixed-term position.
