Duties Your responsibilities are to provide support for students in need of special assistance during lessons and breaks, and you work to support children's development and knowledge. In collaboration with other staff, you ensure that all students can benefit from instruction in the best way possible. Part of your position will involve working in the school's after-school program, including opening and closing duties. We are primarily looking for someone who is trained as a social pedagogue or has other education that the employer considers equivalent. We want you to have experience from the lower grades (grades F-3) and have experience and education with a focus on NPF. We are looking for someone who sees it as self-evident to put the student in focus and help the student grow. You collaborate easily, are responsive, and build good relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. Previous work in primary school (grades F-3) and in after-school programs is a merit, as is experience working with students in need of extra adjustments and special support. About Us The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted school, and culture school.
