About the Role As a Student Assistant in your city, you are an important support person who helps students benefit from instruction, feel secure, and develop socially. The role involves creating a structured, empathetic, and practical everyday environment for students at school, and enabling teachers to conduct instruction under good conditions. What You'll Do Support students during lessons to increase participation and learning Adapt tasks and materials according to individual needs Facilitate social interaction and conflict management Assist in practical situations such as meals, breaks, and transitions Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to follow individual development plans Ensure a safe and structured environment for students Follow confidentiality and safety procedures and report changes in student well-being What You Bring Relevant education or experience working with children and youth, for example education in care or student support Experience from a school environment or equivalent practice is a merit Good ability to communicate in Swedish and adapt language to the student You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn more and help others develop in the workplace Salary and Employment Form There are assignments available as full-time, part-time, or as needed, and salary and employment form are shaped in conversation between you and SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and how well you match a workplace.
