As an operator, you're responsible for assembly and handling of electronic products in production. You work with mounting components on circuit boards, restocking materials, and monitoring machines to ensure a stable and efficient production flow. Your Profile You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team. Technical interest and a knack for practical work are important aspects of the role, ideally combined with experience from industry or production. Accuracy and quality characterize your work approach, and you have an eye for detail. We place great importance on attitude and willingness to learn. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be flexible as shift work occurs. After an initial consultant period, the aim is for the employment to transition to a direct position with Crosscontrol, provided the collaboration works well for all parties. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
