About the role: In this role, you will be the technical person on-site for practical electrical engineering activities in Sweden. You will be the link between different functions in the organization to carry out modifications locally. The role includes tasks such as manual rework operations on circuit boards (PCB) for prototypes, component replacement, and mechanical assembly. You need to read and interpret circuit diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings to support prototype building, troubleshooting, and testing of peripherals. The position also includes ensuring compliance with ESD and safety requirements, as well as functional verification before launch. The role encompasses procurement, ordering, and management of electronic and mechanical components for prototype and test activities, as well as supplier communication, order follow-up, specification verification, and coordination with other teams. You will also work closely with our customers and therefore need to have good communication skills. This is a resident role, meaning you will be employed by AUMOVIO but work primarily on-site with one of the customers that AUMOVIO works with. Requirements: Vocational college degree in electrical engineering or comparable field. The education should have included practical training. 2 years of experience in a similar position. Reading of electrical diagrams. Use of test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter). Installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Basic programming and diagnostics of control units. Troubleshooting of errors in real systems. Fluent English. Meritorious: Fluent Swedish.
