We are now seeking an Electrical Delegation Manager / Electrical Operations Manager who wants to help develop our work in electrical safety and regulatory compliance at the national level for a customer with operations at multiple locations in Sweden. The Role As an Electrical Delegation Manager, you hold overall responsibility for ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's laws, regulations, and internal requirements. You work closely with our local operations and are responsible for developing processes, working methods, and expertise within this area. Responsibilities include: - Serve as electrical operations manager and be responsible for the electrical delegation organization, as well as ensure regulatory compliance within our assignments. - Develop, implement, and follow up on processes, self-inspection programs, training, and governing documents within the electrical safety area. - Ensure that the right competence, training, and responsibility are in place through support and training to local electrical delegation managers. - Conduct inspections, audits, and quality follow-ups, and drive improvement initiatives and development of our deliveries. - Support the setup of new accounts and sites and contribute technical expertise in projects and operational development. - Develop maintenance strategies, analyze data, and identify improvement and efficiency opportunities. - Manage document management systems and ensure they contain current drawings and information. - Create reports, decision-making materials, and recommendations, and lead forums and meetings within the area. - Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. - Travel occurs within Sweden and internationally as needed. Who You Are We believe you have: - Relevant education in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience. - Several years of experience working in electrical operations, electrical installations, maintenance, or technical property management. - Strong knowledge of electrical safety legislation and the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's regulations. - Experience leading, coordinating, or developing technical processes and working methods. - Experience in training, coaching, or competence development is a merit. - Good communication skills in Swedish and English. - B-class driver's license. - You are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to build relationships, collaborate with various stakeholders, and translate requirements and regulations into practical and sustainable working methods.
