Metsä Tissue in Mariestad is now seeking an Electrical Responsible Person who wants to be part of building and developing the Future Factory. As Electrical Responsible Person, you will be an important part of the maintenance organization responsible for service and maintenance within electrical, mechanical, and facility areas at our Mariestad facility. The role involves significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and external stakeholders. You will have a central function in ensuring that our electrical installation is safe, modern, and complies with applicable regulations. The assignment includes planning and monitoring work within electrical power, automation, and service on high and medium voltage installations. You serve as the contact person toward power suppliers and service partners as well as toward authorities. You drive your own projects and participate as an expert in larger new construction and renovation projects. An important part of the work is ensuring that drawings, maps, and technical documentation are current and that technicians and specially trained personnel have the correct qualifications and training. The role also involves issuing work and vehicle permits for both your own staff and hired resources, as well as supporting electrical readiness when needed. You will also work on preventing disruptions, driving development, and creating a safe work environment within your area of responsibility. You will also work with and support the maintenance department regarding RCA, annual shutdowns, electrical analyses, energy optimization, and other assignments related to the facility's availability and operational reliability. The position is a permanent employment and you report to the Maintenance Manager, Mariestad. What type of competence are we looking for? Relevant technical education, such as graduate engineer, vocational college engineer, automation technician, or equivalent experience Authorization A Solid experience within the electrical field, preferably with previous responsibility for electrical installations Good understanding of laws, regulations, and standards within electrical safety Knowledge of electrical design and El-CAD Experience with maintenance systems such as Maximo or SAP PM Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience working strategically and driving electrical work in complex operations Class B driver's license Meritorious: Knowledge of PLC, servo systems, frequency converters Who are you?
