Job description: Electrical Systems Manager at Orkla Foods factory in Eslöv Would you like to take on a key role in electrical safety, technical development, and operational reliability in a leading food industry company? We are looking for an Electrical Systems Manager who wants to combine strategic responsibility with operational support in a business-critical role. You will report to the Technical Director and be part of the technical department's management group. The role has no personnel management responsibility but involves technical leadership and close collaboration with the facility's electricians. Your main responsibilities Oversee the company's electrical systems and electrical safety work. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and technical standards. Serve as the company's specialist in electrical engineering and electrical safety. Support electricians and the wider organization on technical matters. Plan and follow up on service, maintenance, and inspections of switchgear and electrical power systems. Develop investment proposals, technical decision documents, and reinvestment plans. Participate in investment and improvement projects. Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of occupational health and safety procedures. Serve as facility manager for the fire alarm system. Participate in audits, inspections, and checks of the fire alarm system. Together with the Operations and Facilities Manager, ensure that the fire alarm system meets current requirements and serve as a contact person with suppliers, inspection bodies, authorities, and insurance companies. Contribute to the company's long-term technical development by participating in the technical department's management group. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Authorization AL from Elsäkerhetsverket or equivalent certification. Relevant education in electrical power, electrical engineering, or automation. Several years of documented experience with industrial electrical systems. Strong knowledge of the Electrical Safety Act, Electrical Safety Ordinance, and Elsäkerhetsverket regulations. Strong knowledge of SS 436 40 00 (Electrical Installation Rules). Strong knowledge of relevant SS-EN standards for industrial electrical systems. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements in industry. Experience with risk assessment, electrical safety work, and preventive maintenance. Good ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Meritorious Experience from the food or process industry. Experience with high-voltage systems. Experience working according to ESA. Experience with fire alarm systems. Knowledge of PLC, control, and automation systems.
