Electrical Coordinator

Then this might be the job for you! Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area of its own. They are now looking for an experienced electrician or lead technician who wants to take on a coordinating role and help support the business part-time. This position is a direct placement, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People but you will be employed directly by the client. About the Position In this role, you will be an important resource for the business and serve as support to both technicians and project management. The focus is on planning, coordination, and follow-up rather than practical installation work. You will, among other things: • Coordinate and distribute work orders out in the field • Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure that work proceeds according to plan • Provide support to technicians and foremen in daily operations • Visit projects and worksites to follow up on quality, progress, and work environment • Handle administrative tasks related to projects and service assignments This is a role where your experience is the most important tool. We are Looking for You if You • Have several years of experience as an electrician, lead technician, foreman, or similar • Have a good understanding of projects, service, and installation work • Enjoy planning, coordinating, and creating structure • Are self-driven, responsible, and work well with others • Have a valid driver's license (category B) We especially welcome applicants who are retired or scaling back their career, or in a similar situation.
