Baltinavas apvienības pārvalde announces a vacancy for the Briežuciema Parish Service Center – Building and Grounds Maintenance Manager (profession code – 5153 02)
Indefinite term, 0.85 full-time equivalent
Requirements for applicants:
General secondary education or vocational secondary education;
Desired experience of at least one year;
Driver's license category "B";
Good knowledge of the state language.
Main job duties:
Organize and ensure maintenance activities at the Briežuciema Service Center;
Organize and manage various maintenance work related to daily operations, in accordance with the needs of the union administration and other relevant institutions;
Supervise and maintain municipal buildings, structures, and associated territories at the Briežuciema Service Center;
Organize and participate in firewood preparation work;
Responsible for electricity supply in the Briežuciema Service Center buildings and eliminate emergency damage; if damage cannot be resolved independently, report it to responsible authorities;
Supervise water supply, sewage systems and treatment facilities, perform their maintenance and organize necessary repairs;
Supervise municipal housing stock; when necessary, within the scope of your competence, provide assistance to tenants in building maintenance;
Operatively organize unforeseen work completion and elimination of emergency consequences in engineering communications and electricity supply;
During the heating season, supervise boiler room operations;
Perform road and street inspections;
Cooperate with cemetery supervisors in cemetery area maintenance.

We offer:
Salary of 686.80 euro per month (before tax deduction), social benefits.
