BUILDING AND GROUNDS MANAGER

Main job responsibilities:
Plan and organize the maintenance and repair of the College's infrastructure, engineering networks, and technical systems.
Prepare technical specifications for outsourced services.
Supervi the execution of repair work.
Manage the daily work of subordinate technical staff.
Provide support to the department manager within the scope of job competencies.
Required qualifications:
Professional secondary education.
Previous work experience in construction, repairs, infrastructure maintenance, or related technical fields.
Experience coordinating technical staff or supervising outsourced services.
State language proficiency at C1 level.
Ability to prepare technical specifications or estimates.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to plan and independently organize work, and make independent decisions.
