We expect:
compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets";
higher education, preferably in engineering sciences or in a field related to real estate management;
preferably professional development certificates in occupational safety, fire safety and certificates confirming completion of civil protection courses;
professional experience in the operation of engineering-technical systems for more than one year;
good knowledge and understanding of issues related to property management;
ability to understand, read building projects and equipment technical documentation;
understanding of regulatory requirements in force in the Republic of Latvia in the field of real estate;
analytical thinking, focus on achieving results, ability to independently organize, plan your work and work in a team;
skills to use MS Office applications, including excellent MS Excel user skills and office equipment;
Category B driver's license;
eID card for performing job duties.
Main job duties:
manage and maintain real estate of state defense military objects;
perform supervision and general and extraordinary inspections of the region's managed buildings, structures and engineering-technical systems;
take necessary measures to prepare objects for operation according to the season;
plan optimal operating modes of energy systems, heating networks and other real estate systems under their responsibility;
prepare information for developing maintenance and repair work plans, maintain work records and prepare indicative cost estimates for those projects;
ensure and participate in the development of economic contracts and monitor their implementation;
supervise the performance of engineering-technical work;
ensure management of ventilation, water supply and sewage networks;
propose solutions for efficient system operation;
organize and coordinate technical personnel.
We inform you that the position competition will proceed in two rounds - during the first round the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the compliance of candidates with the requirements. To the second round of selection - the interview, the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
