We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the "State Secrets" Law; higher education, preferably in engineering or in a field related to real estate management; desirable professional improvement certificates in occupational safety, fire safety, and certificate of attendance at a civil defence course; professional experience in the operation of engineering systems for more than one year; good knowledge and understanding of issues related to property management; ability to understand, read construction projects and equipment technical documentation; understanding of regulatory requirements in force in the Republic of Latvia in the field of real estate; analytical thinking, results-oriented approach, ability to independently organize, plan your work and work in a team; ability to use MS Office programs, including excellent MS Excel user skills, and office equipment; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: manage and maintain real property of state defence military objects; monitor and conduct general and extraordinary inspections of buildings, structures and engineering systems in the region's care; implement necessary measures for preparing objects for operation according to season; plan optimal operational modes for energy systems, heating networks and other real property systems under responsibility; prepare information for the development of maintenance and repair work plans, conduct work records and calculate indicative costs of their projects; ensure and participate in the development of commercial contracts and monitor their execution; monitor the performance of engineering work; ensure and manage water and waste management; propose solutions for efficient system operation; organize and coordinate technical personnel. We inform you that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second round of selection - interview - the competition commission will invite only those candidates who have passed the first round selection.
