We expect: compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; higher education, preferably in engineering sciences or a field related to real estate management; preferred professional development certificates in occupational safety, fire safety, and certificates of completion of a civil protection course; professional experience in the operation of engineering systems exceeding one year; good knowledge and understanding of issues related to property management; ability to understand, read construction projects and equipment technical documentation; understanding of applicable regulatory requirements in the real estate sector of the Republic of Latvia; analytical thinking, results-oriented approach, ability to independently organize and plan your work and work in a team; proficiency in MS Office applications, including excellent MS Excel user skills, and office equipment; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: manage and maintain real estate of state defense military objects; carry out monitoring and general and emergency inspections of the region's managed buildings, structures, and engineering systems; implement necessary measures for preparing objects for operation according to the season; plan optimal operating modes for energy systems, heat networks, and other real estate systems under responsibility; prepare information for developing maintenance and repair work plans, maintain records of work, and calculate estimated costs of projects; ensure and participate in the development of service contracts and monitor their execution; supervise the execution of engineering work; manage water supply and waste management; organize and coordinate technical personnel. We inform you that the position competition will take place in two rounds – during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with the requirements. To the second round of selection – the interview – the competition commission will invite only the candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
