We expect: higher education in engineering sciences, as well as additional education in the relevant field; demonstrated knowledge and understanding of building and structure design, construction processes and phases; at least 3 years of professional experience in BIM project development and process management and/or BIM control and coordination, and management of large, strategically significant construction projects; ability to set priorities, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team ability to express and argue your opinion ability to independently make decisions ability to analyze large volumes of information high sense of responsibility and accuracy good knowledge of working with BIM tools, products, technologies, standards, and processes good skills in using technical equipment and systems used in work (MS Office applications, AutoCAD, web browsers, etc.); very good knowledge of the Latvian language; English language knowledge at least B2 level, necessary for material analysis and document preparation in English, communication provision; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. General job duties: implement and maintain the digital BIM system and processes in the Center, carry out documentation development (including inclusion of BIM requirements in procurements), improvement and development, implementation supervision and control; manage BIM processes in the design and supervision phases, including performing BIM quality control as defined in the Center (detail level compliance checks, model coordination and compatibility checks, etc.); ensure BIM processes in projects and achievement of defined project goals; define and monitor the Center's BIM requirements in contracts in accordance with the project scope of work and expected results; participate in procurement commissions and evaluate construction procurement candidates' qualification requirements, technical and financial proposals, and provide assessment opinions; develop internal regulatory acts (procedures) that define BIM-related functions in the Center; provide methodological and technical support to Center employees in working with BIM; prepare reports and accounts on the progress and results achieved in performing project tasks; conduct (organize) necessary meetings with parties involved in projects to ensure achievement of its goals; organize cooperation between teams and the Center's external partners; develop or prepare and formalize documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts. We inform you that the position competition will take place in two rounds – during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second round of selection – an interview – the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
