Main responsibilities Participate in the preparation of the local government's annual budget project; Evaluate revenue and expenditure estimates submitted by local government institutions and structural units; Prepare draft Council decisions on amendments to the local government budget, setting tariffs for paid services provided by the local government, etc.; Perform local government budget planning, revenue and expenditure control in the budget management system (Horizon BI); Perform financial planning, analysis, report preparation, budget execution control; Conduct economic and financial analysis of local government institutions and capital companies.
