Jūrmalas slimnīca is hiring an Economist. Main Job Responsibilities: Data collection for SIA "Jūrmalas slimnīca" revenue, expense, and service cost calculations, information exchange with insurance companies, review and verification of reports in collaboration with the Medical Office. Review of patient treatment contracts and invoices, compilation of patient debt information and processing of obtained data. Compilation of information regarding variable salary components for employees. Requirements for Candidates: Higher education (in finance, business management, or economics qualification). Desired experience and knowledge in preparation, implementation, and financial resource utilization of EU-funded projects; Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables); Mandatory knowledge of the state language; Excellent interpersonal skills with other specialists, especially in the IT field; Ability to work under stress and in unpredictable situations, flexibility and adaptability; Critical and strategic thinking.
