Part-Time Finance Consultant - Accounts Payable

Do you have experience in accounts payable and specialist knowledge of Hogia Approval? We are now seeking a finance consultant for a time-limited part-time assignment where you can contribute your expertise in invoice handling, approval workflows, and financial processes at an established organization. About the Position This is a part-time consulting assignment that runs until the end of October. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client company. The focus is on managing and administering supplier invoices in Hogia Approval and supporting the organization in using the system. About the Company More information about the company will be provided at the first interview. Responsibilities As a finance consultant, you will play an important role in the client's financial operations. Your main responsibilities include ensuring an efficient and accurate invoice flow and supporting the organization in working with Hogia Approval. In this role, you will, among other things: Manage and administer supplier invoices in Hogia Approval Ensure correct approval and authorization processes Work with accounts payable and payment files Serve as support and knowledge resource for questions related to Hogia Approval Familiarize yourself with existing financial processes and accounting structures Ensure an efficient and accurate invoice flow Where appropriate, provide improvement suggestions regarding processes and working methods Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements Documented experience with Hogia Approval Experience in accounts payable and invoice handling Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping flows Experience working independently in an operational role Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new organizations and systems Meritorious Experience with other Hogia systems Experience in accounting work Experience in payroll administration You are a solution-oriented and unpretentious person who thrives in an operational role where you can take independent responsibility. You work in a structured and thorough manner and have an easy time familiarizing yourself with new processes and systems. Furthermore, you have good pedagogical skills and feel comfortable supporting and guiding others in finance-related matters.
