The Planning and Finance Department provides support to the entire operational area of planning, finance and procurement, both strategically and operatively. We work with operational and financial management through operational planning, internal governance and control, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, monitoring and analysis. Within procurement and purchasing, we support the entire university's purchasing process.

Responsibilities
Work as support to the University Director, department and unit managers with distribution models, budgets, forecasts, annual accounts, accounting, analyses, financial investigations and reports within operational support. The work also includes the ability to communicate financial information correctly and pedagogically to non-economists as well as developing reports using Power BI.
Work independently and take your own initiatives while collaborating with colleagues and others. Participate in developing common financial processes and enjoy improving internal routines and processes. Possess analytical skills, are solution-oriented, structured, and have strong communication abilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
A university degree in economics or equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent
Several years of current experience in similar work
Good accounting knowledge
Very good skills in Excel
Good knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing
Independence and ability to prioritize in a complex and often high-paced environment
Meritorious
For this position it is meritorious to have:
Experience from controller work, preferably within the public sector
Experience with the Unit4-ERP (Agresso) accounting system or other business systems
Experience with Power BI
Experience of independently driving development work
Experience working with operational monitoring
