About the Role As Finance Manager at TopFormula, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance function. You work closely with the CEO and management team on reporting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring. The role is business-oriented and involves analyzing the company's results and providing decision support materials that help the company continue to grow. As the finance function becomes increasingly automated, your focus will increasingly shift toward analysis, business understanding, and strategic decision support rather than traditional accounting. You have support from colleagues in the finance function, report directly to the CEO, and are part of the management team. You will be responsible for, among other things: Financial statements, annual reports, and ongoing financial reporting Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring work Analysis of business results and profitability Financial decision support for the CEO and management team Development of financial processes and internal controls Responsibility for the company's insurance and leasing agreements HR-related personnel matters in collaboration with the CEO and other managers We're looking for someone who has: Experience with qualified finance work, such as Business Controller, Financial Controller, or Finance Manager. Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and monitoring. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package It is advantageous if you have: Experience from manufacturing industry. Experience with major business systems, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Navision. Experience with HR-related personnel matters.
