About the Role As Chief Financial Officer at TopFormula, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance function. You work closely with the CEO and management team on reporting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasts, and financial monitoring. The role is business-oriented and involves analyzing operational results and providing decision support that helps the company continue to grow. As the finance function becomes increasingly automated, your focus will increasingly shift toward analysis, business understanding, and strategic decision support rather than traditional accounting. You'll have support from colleagues in the finance function, report directly to the CEO, and be part of the management team. You will be responsible for, among other things: Financial statements, annual reports, and ongoing financial reporting Budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring work Analysis of operational results and profitability Financial decision support to the CEO and management team Development of financial processes and internal controls Responsibility for the company's insurance and lease agreements HR-related personnel matters together with the CEO and other managers We are looking for someone with: Experience in qualified finance work, such as Business Controller, Financial Controller, or Chief Financial Officer. Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and monitoring. Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong skills in the Office suite. It is meritorious if you have: Experience from manufacturing industry. Experience with larger business systems, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Navision.
