About the Position As Chief Financial Officer, you will have a central and operations-focused role with overall responsibility for the company's finance and financial function. You will work closely with the CEO and management team and become an important business partner in the company's continued development and growth journey. The placement of the finance function in Vålberg is a deliberate step toward a more operations-focused finance function, with closer ties to production, procurement, and logistics. The future structure will develop over time, and you will have the opportunity to actively shape the finance function going forward. You will have personnel responsibility for and lead a team of approximately seven employees, consisting of accountants and staff within order processing, who are located at the company's various production facilities. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality finance and order processes throughout the business. The role also involves close collaboration with production, procurement, and logistics, where you, together with the Operations Manager, who has a background in Business Control, will provide analysis, follow-up, and business support to strengthen the business's profitability and efficiency. Your main areas of responsibility include: Responsibility for the company's accounting, financial statements, annual reports, reporting, and cash flow. Lead and develop budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up processes as well as financial analyses. Ensure profitability management through product costing, inventory accounting, and key performance indicator monitoring. Provide operations-focused business support to production, procurement, and logistics. Actively develop and shape the finance function, systems, processes, and internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead the finance function and take responsibility for external contacts with auditors, banks, and partners. About You We are looking for a confident and business-oriented leader with a strong analytical drive. You have the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational engagement and thrive in an operations-focused role where you can make a real impact. You have an academic degree in accounting or finance and several years of experience in a leading finance function, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations. You have solid experience in accounting, financial management, and operations reporting, and are accustomed to working closely with management and different parts of the business.
