About the Position As Chief Financial Officer at Jefast, you'll have a central role in the organization and become an important part of an engaged management team with short decision-making paths and close collaboration. You have overall responsibility for accounting, financial statements, quarterly reporting, annual reports, taxes, as well as consolidated financial statements and consolidation. You ensure that financial processes, reporting, audits, and follow-ups maintain high quality and provide the business with the right foundation for well-founded decisions. In this role, you are responsible for the company's accounting and reporting function together with an accounting specialist and report directly to the CEO. Jefast also operates hotel business in Florida, which adds an international dimension to the role. You collaborate with the group's US Controller, coordinate financial information and reporting, and serve as a natural point of contact with auditors and certain authorities in both the USA and Sweden. As a member of the management team, you are expected to contribute with a sound financial perspective while driving improvements, developing procedures, and creating conditions for efficient accounting work going forward. You work closely with the business and gain good insight into both property management and project operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and competence and has a natural way of leading, supporting, and creating conditions for others to succeed. Further, you have: Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience Multiple years of experience in qualified accounting Experience with consolidated financial statements and consolidation Good knowledge of IFRS and K3 Experience with financial statements, taxes, and annual reports Very good skills in Swedish and English Good system proficiency and an interest in developing work methods and processes Experience from the real estate industry is a merit and we would like to see that you have a genuine interest in the real estate market. Knowledge of property valuation is also a plus. As a person, you are communicative, business-minded, and unpretentious with the ability to build trust and establish good relationships.
