About the Role As Chief Financial Officer, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function and lead a small finance team. The role is broad and varied, combining operational finance work with analysis, business support, and strategic development. You will report directly to the CEO and become an important part of the company's continued growth journey. This is a role for someone who thrives in an operations-focused environment where you both lead and actively participate in daily finance work. You will collaborate closely with various parts of the organization, especially the sales team, and have great opportunities to influence how the finance function develops. We are looking for someone with broad finance experience who thrives in a role combining leadership with operational responsibility. You are confident in all aspects of accounting, have a business-minded approach, and are motivated by developing both people and processes. We would like you to have: • Several years of experience in accounting and finance • Experience with financial statements, reporting, and financial analysis • Previous experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility • Experience with business systems, preferably Visma.net • Experience with digitalization and process development • Experience from a smaller or owner-led company is a plus • Experience with payroll management is a plus As a person, you are unpretentious, analytical, and business-minded. You are comfortable taking responsibility, work in a structured manner, and can easily switch between strategic issues and operational tasks.
