About the Role
We are seeking a finance manager who wants to be an active part of the operations and contribute to both business development and a strong team. For us, it is more important that you are a leader than a manager. You create engagement, build trust, and develop both people and processes.
As finance manager, you are responsible for the company's finance function and work closely with management and operations. You are expected to be a natural sounding board for financial matters and contribute with analyses, advice, and business support.
The position is expected to last approximately one year.
Responsibilities
Responsible for accounting and financial management
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Responsible for budget, forecasts, and monitoring
Manage and develop processes related to invoice billing
Lead, coach, and develop the finance function
Be an active support to management and operations on financial and business matters
Drive improvement initiatives and develop routines and processes

You have several years of experience in a leading finance function
You have excellent knowledge of accounting and financial statement preparation
You have experience with budget, forecast, and monitoring work
You have experience with personnel responsibility and leadership
You are accustomed to working closely with operations and providing advisory support
