We are seeking an experienced and business-minded Chief Financial Officer who wants to take a central role in a profitable industrial company with strong growth ahead. As Chief Financial Officer, you will have a central role with comprehensive insight into the business and close collaboration with the CEO and other members of the management team, where you will be included. Here you will combine broad responsibility for finances with the opportunity to develop the role toward a more analytical and forward-focused approach over time. About the Position As Chief Financial Officer at GeJi, you will have broad responsibility for the company's finances and will be part of the management group. You work closely with the CEO and other parts of the business and have a central role in creating structure, oversight, and understanding of the company's financial development. In this role, you are responsible for all aspects of finance, which includes ongoing accounting, financial statements, financial control and reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting work. You continuously monitor the company's results and key financial metrics and contribute financial perspectives to the business. An important part is also understanding the economics behind production, where inventory, calculations, pricing, and profitability are central areas. GeJi is entering a period of continued growth, which over time will also create new opportunities for the role. The ambition is to gradually create more room for analysis, financial control, and more forward-looking issues. For the right person, there are thus good opportunities to develop the assignment and take an increasingly significant role as the business grows. About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified and broad financial work and who is comfortable independently taking responsibility for finances in a business. You have experience from manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production economics, calculations, and the financial relationships that drive a manufacturing business. You are comfortable with accounting and reporting but also have a clear interest in analysis and financial control. You likely have a relevant academic degree or have built up equivalent competence through your professional experience. Experience from audit or consulting is a plus, as is knowledge of Monitor. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. As a person, you are structured and analytical with the ability to switch between details and the bigger picture. You are confident and independent in your competence and have the integrity to stand by your assessments while being unpretentious and collaboration-oriented. You are curious about the business behind the figures and are motivated by both taking responsibility for the finances here and now and contributing to how the work can be developed going forward. GeJi Speaks GeJi Industri AB develops and manufactures technology-intensive injection molded plastic products for internationally active customers in industries such as industrial and medical technology. We have been in operation since 1963 and conduct our operations in our modern production facility in Skillingaryd. Today we have approximately 55 employees and turnover of just under 200 million kronor. GeJi is part of LGBT Group.
