We're now seeking two finance assistants for an assignment where you'll work broadly within finance administration and help ensure that daily operations run efficiently and with high quality. Employment Type: Fixed-term Scope: Full-time (100%) Location: Uppsala, on-site work Start: 2026-10-01 End Date: 2026-12-31 Extension: Possibility of extension through 2027-03-31 About the Assignment As a finance assistant, you'll become part of the agency's accounting team and work with varied finance administration tasks. An important part of the assignment is working with accounts receivable, record management, and controlling, searching for and compiling information from customer registers. You'll also have contact with customers via phone and email to verify and complete information. Depending on the organization's needs, the assignment may also include work with ongoing accounting and bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, coding, invoice management, supplier and customer accounts receivable, and reconciliation of account balances. The role suits you if you enjoy administrative tasks where attention to detail and organization are important, but who also appreciates having many points of contact and collaborating with others. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent education At least one year of work experience as a finance assistant Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Very strong Excel skills Experience with accounting systems, such as Unit4 ERP, Raindance, or Visma Experience handling large amounts of data Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing Ability to work on-site in Uppsala for the entire assignment Personal Qualities To thrive in the role, we see that you are thorough, organized, and responsible.
