You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Managing Director and play an important role in the foundation's day-to-day financial management. Your Responsibilities Ongoing bookkeeping, account coding, and reconciliations Customer and supplier account management Rental administration and rent invoicing Invoicing and payment processing Assist with financial statements, annual reports, and budget work Administrative support to the finance function Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: Relevant education in finance, such as upper secondary school finance education or vocational/university education Experience in similar work, preferably in the real estate or public housing sector Good computer skills, experience with accounting systems, and strong Excel proficiency Meticulousness, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a structured manner Good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently Friendly, positive, and solution-oriented It is a merit if you have previous experience with rental administration or work in a housing foundation/housing company.
