Accounting Assistant to the Accounting Department We are now seeking two accounting assistants who have a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting, and who also have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We have approximately 75 employees distributed across two offices, one in Uppsala and one in Östersund. Job Responsibilities You will work with accounting and be part of a team of 13 people who handle accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, payroll/fees, customer contact, supplier contact, bank contact, and more. Although we often work together as a team and help each other with tasks, you are expected to be able to work independently as you will have your own customer responsibility and be the contact person for housing cooperatives' boards. You will have good opportunities to influence operations and contribute suggestions for improvements and developments. We always work proactively and close to our customers. Everyone in the team is expected to be involved in the continuous development of our processes, routines, and system support. Qualifications It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with accounting, are a confident user of the Office package, and have experience working with various digital solutions. Our work is primarily digitalized, which means we use digital meetings and presentations through Microsoft Teams, both internally and externally. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing and can adapt your language to the situation and audience, and you have the ability to understand the recipient's needs and wishes. You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. It is important that you are a team player who enjoys working in a group and sees opportunities rather than obstacles.
