About the role As an accounting assistant with us, you have an important role in daily accounting work with a focus on accounts receivable for our Scandinavian companies. The role suits you if you enjoy combining administrative tasks with ongoing contact with both colleagues and customers. You will work with, among other things: Responsible for accounts receivable for our Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish companies. Registration of customer payments, invoicing, and ongoing follow-up of customer receivables. Payment plans and handling of reminders and collection. Accounts payable – interpreting invoices and posting. Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting administration. Invoice handling, government reporting, and other administrative tasks. Contact with customers and support to our stores on accounting-related matters. Participation in monthly and annual closing and audits. Contributing to the development and improvement of our routines and working methods. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with high work ethic, who is thorough, takes responsibility, and enjoys working independently while also being collaborative with others. You are curious, solution-oriented, and see opportunities to develop both your own work and our shared processes. To quickly get up to speed in the role, we would prefer that you have: Experience in accounting work – primarily accounts receivable and customer payments. Good understanding of accounting and financial flows. Are organized and thorough. Enjoy providing good service and building good relationships. Since you will also have contact with our Norwegian and Danish stores, it is important that you feel comfortable with that communication. Take own initiative and seek solutions when facing challenges. Enjoy a varied workday and like finding smart ways to work. Good Swedish in speech and writing. Excel skills. Why Panduro?
