Description HSB Norr's Property Economics department handles all aspects of ongoing financial management on behalf of our customers, HSB Norr's housing cooperatives, and other external property owners. You will be an important part of a team of 28 employees where you contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient financial administration both internally and on behalf of our customers. You will also lay the important foundation for accounting consultants' work. This position gives you the opportunity to learn and develop within property economics, while working closely with experienced colleagues. Daily dialogue with customers, property owners, and colleagues, both locally and at other locations, is a natural part of the work. Job Responsibilities In your role as Economics Assistant at HSB Norr, your responsibilities will include: Customer and supplier account management Loan account management Ongoing reconciliations Invoicing Case management Over time, we also see you taking on the role of HSB board member, i.e., serving on a housing cooperative's board. There you support the board in their work and advocate for members' interests. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a secondary education in economics. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as an Economics Assistant with similar responsibilities and have accounting experience. You are also fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
