About the Position As an economics assistant, you will play a central role in driving economic work forward and at the same time contribute to strengthening our capabilities in invoice processing in the Accounts Payable section of the Management and Finance Office. The role of economics assistant includes work on ongoing tasks within accounts payable such as, for example, supplier setup, invoice review, and sending payment files. It also includes certain reconciliations, posting of deposits and withdrawals from the bank, as well as certain other bookkeeping. An economics assistant also develops systems and work processes together with the work group. It is also expected that you take great responsibility for pedagogically guiding FMV employees in effective invoice handling. The position is located in Stockholm. About You We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education with a focus on economics and accounting or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we deem equivalent. You have at least 3 years of experience working in accounts payable. To succeed in the role, it is necessary that you have practical experience with, and knowledge of, working in business systems and with supplier invoices. The position requires that you have experience working in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). You should also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as English in writing. It is meritorious if you have experience working in state operations or an agency. We view it positively if you have worked with and have knowledge of digitalization within the economics field. If you have previous experience with UBW or Agresso, we consider that an advantage. Personal qualities are of great importance to us.
