Finance Assistant with Monitor Experience

About the Position We are seeking a finance assistant for a short-term staffing assignment of approximately 1–2 months. This is a full-time position on-site at our client's location in Säffle, starting 1/9 (or by agreement). Our client is undergoing a system migration to Monitor and needs additional support during the transition period. In this role, you will be an important part of supporting the business during the implementation and contribute your finance expertise. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the business transition to Monitor • Assisting with ongoing finance work during the system change • Ensuring that financial routines and workflows function properly in the new system • Providing support to colleagues on Monitor usage • Assisting with other finance tasks as needed This position is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt to new processes and systems and who thrives in a role where you support the business through a transformation process. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant finance experience, such as a finance assistant or accountant. It is a requirement that you have prior experience with Monitor, as you are expected to contribute your system knowledge from day one. We particularly value: • Experience working in finance • Good understanding of financial processes and routines • Practical experience with Monitor • Ability to quickly learn new systems and ways of working • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills As a person, you are independent, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
