In fresh premises and an attractive location next to Stortorget in central Malmö, we can offer stimulating and challenging tasks for a driven Finance Assistant. Job Description: The position is shared between the finance and sales departments. You will work with our finance staff and assist with daily work in our finance department. Additionally, you will assist the sales team, where you are expected to relieve them of contract management and other administrative tasks. Examples of work tasks: Bookkeeping (ongoing) Invoice management Payroll administration VAT and tax declarations Account reconciliation Administrative tasks such as contract filing, maintaining customer databases, etc. Preparing customer contracts (Service Level Agreements) Support to the sales team with customer contacts, customer mailings, preparation and follow-up for customer contacts and trade shows. Telephone and email contact with our national and international customers regarding contracts and financial matters. We are looking for someone who is: Professional and "service-minded." Pragmatic with the ability to see the bigger picture. Thorough with a sense for organization. Responsible. Outgoing and works well in a team. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Requirements Experience from corresponding finance functions. English, fluent in speech and writing. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. Experience with VISMA or similar invoicing software and payroll administration. Meritorious: University degree in accounting or finance. Additional language skills beyond English and Swedish. Experience with VISMA.
