We are now seeking an Accounting Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the Role As Accounting Manager, you have a central role where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial follow-up. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis, and business-oriented support, while you contribute insights and documentation to management. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and procedures within the finance area. Here you are offered a broad and operationally close role where you get overall responsibility for finances and work closely with management and other functions. You become an important part of the organization in a work environment characterized by collaboration, short decision-making paths, and entrepreneurial spirit. Your areas of responsibility include: • Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing, and payments • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Group accounting • Budget work, forecasting, and follow-up • Supporting management with financial analysis, follow-up, and reporting Your Profile We are looking for you with knowledge of accounting and experience independently managing closing procedures. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with analysis and have an interest in how finance impacts the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, responsible, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a role where you take your own initiative and combine operational and strategic work. You collaborate well with others while driving your work forward and making things happen. We believe you have: • Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and reporting • Ability to work independently with responsibility for financial flow • Good understanding of analysis and operational follow-up • Experience working operationally close to the manufacturing industry • Experience with business systems and Excel • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English It is a plus if you have experience with group accounting.
