We are now looking for a Financial Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the role As Financial Manager, you hold a central position where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial follow-up. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis and business-close support, while you contribute insights and materials to the management team. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and routines within the finance area. Here you are offered a broad and operationally close role where you get overall responsibility for finances and work closely with management and other functions. You become an important part of the organization in a working environment characterized by collaboration, short decision paths and entrepreneurial spirit. Your areas of responsibility include: Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing and payments Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Group accounting Budget work, forecasting and follow-up Supporting management with financial analysis, follow-up and reporting Your profile We are looking for you with knowledge of accounting and experience of independently managing closing work. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with analysis and have an interest in how finances affect the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, responsible, solution-oriented and comfortable in a role where you can take your own initiative and combine operational and strategic work. You collaborate well with others, while driving your work forward and making things happen. We believe you have: Knowledge and experience of bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements and reporting Ability to work independently with responsibility for the finance flow Good understanding of analysis and business follow-up Experience of working operationally close within the manufacturing industry Familiarity with business systems and Excel Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience in group accounting.
