We are now recruiting a Financial Controller for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the Role As a Financial Controller, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial monitoring. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis, and business-close support, while you also contribute insights and materials to the management team. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and procedures within the finance area. Here you will be offered a broad and business-close role where you get overall responsibility for finance and work closely with management and other functions. Your areas of responsibility include: - Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing, and payments - Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Group accounting - Budget work, forecasting, and monitoring - Supporting management with financial analysis, monitoring, and reporting Your Profile We are looking for you with knowledge of accounting and experience of independently managing closing work. We believe you have: - Knowledge and experience of bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and reporting - Ability to work independently with responsibility for financial flows - Good understanding of analysis and business monitoring - Experience working close to operations in the manufacturing industry - Experience working in business systems and Excel - Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience with group accounting.
