We are now seeking a Finance Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry just outside Tranemo. About the Role As Finance Manager, you have a central role where you are responsible for the company's accounting and financial follow-up. The role is broad and combines accounting work, analysis, and business-focused support, while you contribute insights and information to the company's management team. The role also includes group accounting and development of processes and routines within the finance area. Here you are offered a broad and operationally-focused role where you gain overall responsibility for finance and work closely with management and other functions. You will be an important part of the organization in a work environment characterized by collaboration, short decision-making paths, and entrepreneurial spirit. Your areas of responsibility include: - Responsibility for ongoing accounting, invoicing, and payments - Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Group accounting - Budget work, forecasting, and follow-up - Supporting management with financial analyses, follow-up, and reporting Your Profile We are looking for you with knowledge of accounting and experience independently managing closing procedures. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with analysis and have an interest in how finance impacts the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy a role where you can take your own initiative and combine operational and strategic work. You collaborate well with others, while you drive your work forward and make things happen. We believe you have: - Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, and reporting - Ability to work independently with responsibility for the finance flow - Good understanding of analysis and business follow-up - Experience working close to operations in the manufacturing industry - Experience working in business systems and Excel - Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English It is a merit if you have experience with group accounting.
