Finance Manager for Our Client on Södermalm

We are seeking a self-directed and responsible finance manager with high service standards for our client on Södermalm in Stockholm. You will work in a broad and varied role where you are responsible for accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll. Responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities span from accounts receivable and payable and ongoing bookkeeping to monthly reconciliations and payroll. Your tasks include: Accounts Receivable and Payable Invoicing Payments Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts receivable, and payable VAT and tax filings Financial statements and annual reports Payroll – register and process payroll Other administrative tasks About You We believe you have 3-5 years of experience with the above responsibilities. You have strong knowledge of financial processes and have independently handled bookkeeping at a smaller company. You are experienced with various business systems, and it is an advantage if you have worked with Visma and Fornox. We are looking for a confident and self-directed person. You take great personal responsibility. Furthermore, you are action-oriented and a natural doer. You are meticulous and your work always maintains the highest quality. You show interest and curiosity about the company's operations and value understanding the bigger picture.
