Today, JAPE develops, produces, and stocks a wide range of products for both interior and exterior maintenance. All operations are conducted from the facility in Hässleholm, where approximately 20 employees work closely together in production, sales, administration, and development. Responsibilities As Finance Manager, you hold overall responsibility for the finance function at JAPE Produkter, JAPE Ventgolv, and JAPE Holding. The role encompasses the entire accounting process, from ongoing accounting and finance administration to financial statements, reporting, and financial follow-up. You work closely with the business and become an important contact person for financial matters for both management and other parts of the organization. This is a broad, business-close role where responsibility and execution go hand in hand. You have independent responsibility for the finance function and work operatively throughout the accounting process, from ongoing accounting to financial statements and follow-up. The role involves many contact points within the business and you work closely with the sales organization regarding bonus agreements, follow-up, and customer-related financial matters. You're responsible for several processes from start to finish and play an important role in creating structure, quality, and business-informed decision support. In time, there's also an opportunity to take greater responsibility for financial follow-up, profitability analysis, and business support. • Manage and handle the accounting process from invoicing and payments to financial statements. • Manage reporting of VAT, taxes, inventory, and financial statements. • Manage bonus handling toward contract customers. • Prepare key figures and profitability analyses and decision-making support for management. • Contribute to the development of processes and working methods within finance and administration. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements • Several years of experience from an independent finance or accounting role with responsibility for ongoing accounting and financial statements. • Experience working business-close and supporting the business in financial matters. • Good system experience and knowledge of accounting software. • Strong Excel skills. • Excellent Swedish and good English in speech and writing. Meritorious • Experience with business systems such as Monitor and the financial statement software Capego. • Experience from manufacturing operations or work with manufacturing companies. • Knowledge of accounting related to import and export. • Experience with pricing, profitability, or business analyses.
