Together with Armatech AB, we are seeking a business-oriented finance manager with experience in reporting, controlling, and financial management in growth companies. The person should be self-driven, structured, and analytical, able to serve as a sparring partner to management, and contribute to building processes, forecasting work, and reporting structures in a growing Nordic group environment. As the company grows and is now part of the Defensor Group, there is a need to build a stronger finance function. The focus of the role is on financial management, analysis, and operational support. Since the company is in a strong growth phase, you need to have a pragmatic approach and be ready to support with ongoing accounting if needed. You will work with Visma Spiris systems as well as Rillion One, SharePoint, and Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include: Overall responsibility for the company's finance function Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts Financial reporting to parent company Cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning Ensuring quality in accounting and internal controls Contact with auditors, banks, and external partners Support to the CEO and management on financial and business matters Development and efficiency improvements of financial processes Currency forwards We are looking for someone with: Several years of experience in qualified accounting work Experience with overall responsibility for finance in small to medium-sized companies Basic knowledge of IFRS is a merit Strong understanding of cash flow and financial management Experience working independently and operatively Structured, analytical, and business-minded Thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant personal responsibility We are seeking a self-driven, structured, and business-oriented person who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility, create order, and drive development.
