We are looking for a driven and business-minded Finance Manager who wants to take responsibility for the company's finances. The role involves overall responsibility for the finance function and close collaboration with the CEO, operations manager and site managers to ensure profitability, control and good financial monitoring. About the role As Finance Manager you are responsible for the company's financial processes, reporting and monitoring. You are both a specialist and business support, which means you work both strategically and operatively. Your main responsibilities are to: Manage accounting, financial statements and annual reports. Ensure correct accruals and financial procedures. Monitor results, margins, projects and liquidity. Prepare financial analyses and decision-making materials for management. Work actively with financial monitoring and compilations from the company's production management system NEXT. Handle contact with auditors and external parties. Manage liquidity planning and cash flow management. Follow up on customer receivables and supplier payables. Support operations managers and site managers on financial matters. Develop the finance function through digitalization and improved working methods. Manage accounting systems and data quality assurance. Handle payroll administration. Responsible for office premises in Ljungby. (cleaning, laundry, procurement of consumables, pleasant physical environment etc) You are part of the company's management team and actively contribute to the development of the operation through analyses, monitoring and profitability focus. We are looking for you who: Have a background in finance or equivalent experience. Have experience with accounting, financial statements, budgets and financial monitoring. Are experienced with accounting systems and Excel. Have experience with payroll management. Communicate financial information in a clear and pedagogical way. Meritorious: Experience from construction, infrastructure or contracting industry. Experience in project accounting and project monitoring. Experience in developing procedures, processes and internal controls. Experience in change management and digitalization work.
