Description Would you like to work in a broad and development-oriented finance role where you can combine accounting, reporting, and financial monitoring with process improvement and digitalization? We are now seeking a dedicated Finance Manager who wants to contribute to the bank's continued development. Responsibilities As a Finance Manager at Sparbanken Tanum, you will share a central role within the bank's finance and financial function with an equally responsible colleague. You will be responsible for ongoing financial administration, ensure high quality in reporting and internal controls, and contribute to the development of the bank's financial processes. The role involves many contact points throughout the bank and you will serve as important support to the organization on finance and financial-related matters. Your responsibilities include accounting and financial administration with responsibility for accounts payable and receivable, ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly, half-year, and year-end closing. You will also participate in the preparation of interim reports, annual reports, and tax filings, as well as produce internal and external financial reports and be responsible for regulatory reporting to, among others, the Financial Supervisory Authority, the Riksbank, Statistics Sweden, and the Swedish National Debt Office. The role also includes monitoring the bank's liquidity and other key financial metrics, ensuring good internal controls, and developing routines and processes within the finance area. Additionally, you will contribute to digitalization and streamlining of work methods and collaborate with colleagues throughout the bank to support business development. We are looking for you who have Academic education in economics or equivalent expertise. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial administration. Experience from a bank, finance, or other financial services company is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are thorough, organized, and responsible. You enjoy working independently while also having good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach. You have an interest in development and digitalization and enjoy finding smarter and more efficient ways of working. You are proactive and contribute improvement suggestions. You also have a strong focus on quality and value order, control, and accuracy in your daily work.
