About the RoleAs Finance Manager, you will have broad responsibility for BetongByggen Jonas Svensson AB's finances and will be an important partner to the company's CEO and other owners. This is a new role, meaning that the accounting work, which since the company's founding in 1995 has largely been handled together with an external accounting firm, is now moving closer to the operations. The role is not about maintaining an existing financial structure but focuses on development and improvement. You will prepare monthly reports, work with financial statements, budgets and forecasts, and help the business understand what key figures actually say and what the company should do based on them. Responsibilities: Monthly reporting, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze key figures and provide the CEO and business with relevant financial decision-making information. Develop and streamline the company's financial processes, routines, and reporting. Participation in the payroll process and ensure it functions correctly and efficiently. Work with accounting, reconciliations, and financial follow-up, as well as maintaining an overview of customer and supplier accounts. Serve as a business-oriented sounding board to the CEO on matters concerning investments, profitability, procurement, and the company's continued development. We're Looking For: We believe you have a few years of experience in accounting, controlling, or a broad finance function and feel confident taking independent responsibility for financial matters. For example, you might work as a controller today and feel that you want to get closer to the entire financial flow and have greater influence, or have a broader accounting background and want to take the next step toward a more analytical and business-oriented responsibility. You need to understand accounting and financial statements and feel comfortable working with budgets, reporting, and financial analysis. Experience with payroll is valuable since it's part of the role, but you don't need to be a specialist in that area from day one.
