Finance Manager Part-Time (50%) – Kött På Riktigt Would you like a broad finance role with overall responsibility in a small, dedicated team? Kött På Riktigt is now seeking a thorough and independent Finance Manager on a part-time basis (50%) to manage our entire finance function. About the Role You will be our key person in finance and responsible for daily work with: Ongoing bookkeeping – vouchers and continuous accounting Monthly reconciliations – reconciliation of balance accounts and documentation for monthly financial statements Monthly budgets – prepare and monitor budgets on a monthly basis Invoicing and accounts receivable – customer invoices, payments, reminders and collection management Payroll – salary calculations, payments and employer declarations VAT – VAT reporting and VAT declarations to the Swedish Tax Agency Supplier payments – accounts payable and payments to our suppliers Inventory accounting – monitoring and reconciliation of inventory balances The position is 50% with the opportunity to arrange working hours flexibly by agreement. Who We're Looking For Experience with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations and accounts receivable, preferably also payroll administration Familiar with accounting/business systems and Excel Structured, thorough and confident working independently Merits: experience from the food or retail industry as well as inventory management We Offer A broad and independent role with short decision-making paths A small company with a big heart for genuine raw materials Flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow with the role Application We interview continuously, so don't wait to submit your application!
